Duties: The appointee will teach, assess, and develop the Global Environmental Change and Sustainability (GECS) undergraduate program run by the Department of Earth & Planetary Sciences at Johns Hopkins. S/he will also advise students, manage the program on a daily basis, and liaise with the GECS faculty. Additional duties may include: advising undergraduate research, curriculum development, outreach, and marketing the GECS program.

Desired qualifications: A Ph.D. is required in a relevant discipline; post-doctoral teaching experience is essential. Excellent communication and writing skills are required.

Start and end dates: Position begins as early as summer of 2016.
