  • Deliver outstanding instruction to students in the School’s Masters programs in areas such as public administration and public policy, urban and regional policy, non-profit sector management, and social policy broadly defined
  • Serve as internship coordinator for students in programs with an internship component
  • Build on relationships in local, national, and international settings to ensure that students enrich their education with practice-oriented experiences
  • Assist with student advising
  • Develop new initiatives to complement current graduate level activities
  • Assist with student recruitment and retention, career development, alumni outreach, and contributions to various school committees as needed

Desired qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or other terminal degree required in a field related to public policy; such as law, political science, sociology, economics, or geography
  • Significant professional experience and a well-developed network are highly desired
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and proven teaching proficiency
  • Familiarity with online teaching is beneficial
