Duties: We anticipate that the successful candidate will teach 3 courses for each of two terms including some combination of the following: multiple sections of introductory GIS, advanced GIS, cartographic design and visualization, GIS programming, applied landscape ecology, or up to two additional courses in the candidate’s area of specialty.

Desired qualifications: The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Geography or related discipline at the time of appointment and demonstrate experience working with advanced geospatial applications or GIS instruction.

Start and end dates: August 2016 – May 2017
