Duties: A successful candidate will conduct research that will result in publication in the open literature and participation in national or international meetings. The successful candidate will also be encouraged to cooperate with researchers and students in the university’s cross-campus Astrobiology Program.
Desired qualifications: Applicants must hold a PhD (or foreign equivalent) in Earth and Space Sciences, or an appropriately related field such as Astronomy, Planetary Sciences, or Geophysics. The candidate should have an aptitude for numerical modeling and have appropriate associated skills.
Salary/pay: Initial salary will be $60,000 per year.
