Job Title: Environmental Intern

Location: near Douglas, WY

Overview: Guest Services at Wagonhound Land and Livestock happily announces opportunities for paid summer internships. The internships offered will be either the lodge intern, focusing on service and hospitality in and around the lodge, or the field intern, focusing on the field experiences of the guests. Wagonhound Ranch is a working cattle ranch with Cattle, Horse, Outfitting, Farm, and Guest Services divisions.

Guest Services- Lodge Intern: The Lodge Intern will work with the Head of Hospitality and the Chefs to ensure that guests have a luxury experience while in the remote lodge location. From Front of House work to Back of House work, it is all hands on deck at Reid Creek Lodge. The lodge intern will be primarily based out of Reid Creek Lodge ensuring high quality guest experiences in and around the lodge.

Duties:

• Meal service
• Yard Game setup and instruction
• Activity Coordination

Guest Services- Field Intern: The Field Intern will work with the Head of Hospitality and the Chefs to ensure that guests have a luxury experience while in our remote location. From doing small repairs on bikes and other sporting goods, to setting up a luxurious Glamping location you will get a diverse taste of hospitality. The filed intern will be primarily based out of Reid Creek Guideshack and available to guests throughout their stay, ensuring high quality guest experiences around the lodge and ranch.

Duties:

• Activity coordination and guest transportation
• Rigging fishing equipment
• Packing, unpack, and cleaning electric bikes
• Monitoring safety on the gun ranges
