Position Title: Recreational Water Quality Technician

Location: Cheyenne, WY

Position Overview: Express Employment is hiring for a seasonal Recreational Water Quality Technician to protect and restore the quality of Wyoming’s surface and groundwater.

Duties:  Monitors recreational water bodies for harmful bacteria and communicates those results to help protect the health of humans, pets, and livestock.

Qualifications: 

• Possess or be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the sciences
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions in order to collect samples
• Experience with GIS is preferred

Start/End Dates: 09/30/2024

Salary/Pay: $18.00/hr
