Position Title: Arborist (consultative / sales)

Location: Laramie, WY

Position Overview: TigerTree is looking for a Certified Arborist (or three years verifiable work experience in the tree care industry including tasks such as pruning, tree removal, planting or other arboricultural practices) who loves to combine education and sales to help clients make informed, tree-care decisions. Duties:

• Educate clients on tree health, maintenance, and care options.
• Provide expert consultations and tree assessments.
• Collaborate closely with the team to create customized care plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Confidently ask for the sale and close deals.

Qualifications:

• Certified Arborist with a passion for trees and nature. Or three years verifiable work experience in the tree care industry and ready to study and pass the certified Arborist exam. We pay for study time and the test.
• Strong communication skills, both educational and consultative.
• Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Sales-driven with a willingness to seal the deal.

Salary/Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
