Position Overview: The Partner Activation Manager will collaborate closely with Wyoming’s in-state tourism partners and other departments within the Wyoming Office of Tourism (WOT) to manage a new system for the tourism industry. This role is pivotal in advancing marketing efforts through a newly implemented partner portal, aligning with WOT’s organizational goals, and delivering value to the Wyoming tourism industry through education and support.

Duties:

  • Oversees all operations related to the partner portal, including managing data entry, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information, organizing and labeling data correctly, and pulling relevant reports as needed.
  • Provides proactive communication and customer service to industry partners, offering guidance in accessing the partner portal, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful integration.
  • Facilitates training sessions and offers one-on-one support for internal teams and external partners on the effective use of the partner portal.
  • Creates and updates training materials, user guides, and FAQs related to the partner portal.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for one of the Tourism Resource Expansion (TREX) regions
  • Provides the Global Partnerships team with support on trade shows, familiarization tours, other partner outreach, and other assignments as needed.
  • Serves as presenter for speaking engagements and agency presentations.
  • Establish & maintain collaborative relationships with industry partners and key stakeholders
