Position Title: Summer Internship 

Organization: Xscindo Inc. 

Location: Gillette, WY

Position Overview: Based at our launch facility in Gillette, Wyoming, this internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology that is transforming the future of recycling and national resource security. You will work side by side with our core team as we scale operations and build out local and national impact.

Duties

• Support daily operations of our breakthrough e-waste processing technology
• Help track and report on incoming feedstock, including types of devices and material yields
• Assist with community engagement, educating local stakeholders on how to recycle their unused devices (even the ones in junk drawers!)
• Work on local business development initiatives that support our mission and expand our footprint
• Participate in on-site process analysis and data collection
• Contribute to our broader goal of making Wyoming a global leader in sustainable, secure material recovery

Qualifications:

• Passionate about the environment, sustainability, or resource recovery

• Curious, motivated, and excited to be part of something new

   

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

   

• Strong communicator and eager to contribute to a growing team

   

• Background in environmental science, engineering, energy systems, sustainability, geology or a related field preferred, but we welcome all majors with the right mindset

Start/End Dates: June – August 2025

Salary/Pay: $19/ Hour
