Position Title: Sampling Field Technician 

Organization: Obed Wild and Scenic River

Location: Multiple, TN ; Multiple sampling locations in Tennessee.

Position Overview: This study is less technical than ones that we have done in the past. We only have the survey aspect for this study which is part of the Socioeconomic Monitoring (SEM) efforts that we lead for the National Park Service (NPS). There are a total of 5 folks on this study. The individual will have to drive a rental car since sampling locations are far apart.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license

Start/End Dates: April 29 to May 14. This includes two days travel, two days off, plus one day scoping. There are ten days of sampling total.

Salary/Pay: $19/hr (totaling $2,128). They also receive a stipend of $382.20 for food and incidentals.
