Crew Leaders embark on a journey to gain the technical and interpersonal skills required to be successful Leaders. Through MCC’s Leadership Development Program, you will learn technical eld skills together with such Leaderships skills as effective communication, conflict management, project management, interpersonal interaction, and more.

Salary/pay: Serve a term of 9 months maintaining trails, treating invasive species, and engaging in conservation-based projects $700 Biweekly living allowance | $6,095 AmeriCorps Education Award | Health Insurance | February – November 2020
