Available Positions: 

Feeding Laramie Valley Shares Summer Associate – A Feeding Laramie Valley (FLV) Shares Summer Associate (SA) will serve as a community-based activist and advocate for group and individual efforts to promote local food security and equity in Albany County, Wyoming. The position involves hands-on work in local food production (gardening), collection, distribution; assistance with overall organizational operations and in a variety of community food projects.

Kids Out to Lunch Associate – A Feeding Laramie Valley (FLV) Kids Out to Lunch Summer Associate (SA) will serve as a community-based activist and advocate for group and individual efforts to promote local food security and equity in Albany County, Wyoming. Kids Out to Lunch team members will play a key role in providing free lunch and daily activities to children 0-18 during the summer months when there are no school lunch programs and the season calls out for relaxed community sharing. This program is a daily, weekday event where families and kids of all ages come to our building to enjoy delicious, healthy and hot meals featuring local foods and produce they help grow and harvest.

Program Assistant – Feeding Laramie Valley (FLV) is looking for a Program Assistant to help in all aspects of program organization, outreach, marketing and promotion. The Program Assistant will be expected to work independently at times in a leadership capacity with volunteers. The position involves assisting with organizational operations including making phone calls, emails, and recruiting volunteers as needed.

Marketing, Social Media and Photography – A Feeding Laramie Valley (FLV) Marketing, Social Media and Photography Summer Associate (SA) will serve as a community-based activist and advocate for group and individual efforts to promote local food security and equity in Albany County, Wyoming. This position involves designing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, working alongside summer lunch and shares programs to capture photos and videos, and being creative!
