Job Title: Greenhouse Attendant


  • The Greenhouse at The Farm at Brush Creek Ranch is committed to producing and delivering the highest quality produce for the Brush Creek luxury collection in a seed to table concept.
  • The three modern greenhouses that total 20,000 sq ft use various growing systems like hydroponics, high wire system, and soil systems and are committed to growing sustainable in a high tech and high preforming way.
  • The greenhouse attendant will work alongside other greenhouse staff with tasks to help build off of their prior horticulture experience. Helping to prepare them for a position in the greenhouse industry.
  • Work with greenhouse director and greenhouse operations manager to maintain productive and healthy greenhouse production. Responsibilities include:
    • Seeding, Transplanting, Harvesting, Pruning, Irrigation Management, Fertilizer Management, Greenhouse Climate Control, Greenhouse Tours to Guests

  • Horticulture or other plant/ ag related major
  • Hydroponic or traditional greenhouse work

  • Basic knowledge of greenhouse operations

Job Title: Lead Fishing Guide Monthly

Duties: The term “Lead” indicates additional training responsibilities, as well as leading the daily duties assigned to other associates within the team.The Fly Fishing Guide is responsible for guiding guests on wade trips, drift boat floats, and possibly scenic rafting trips. Requires moving supplies to multiple ranch venues and operating ranch vehicle or ranger.

  • Responsible for guiding the beginner to advanced fly fisherman on wade trips and drift boat floats (majority will be wade guiding) on Brush Creek, the Encampment River, North Platte River and numerous ponds on ranch
  • Depending on rowing experience, may be opportunities to guide scenic rafting trips
  • When fishing trips are not scheduled, will assist the Activities Department with transportation and other general duties
  • Requires moving supplies to multiple ranch venues and operating ranch vehicle or ranger


  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Highly guest oriented
  • Must have previous guiding experience and strong instructional techniques
  • Rowing experience desired but not required

Job Title: Fly Fishing Manager

Duties: Oversee the entire fly fishing program of the Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection

  • Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • Handle scheduling of all guides across all properties within the collection
  • Conduct and record inventories of guest fishing gear, boats, trailers, etc.
  • Execute guided trips at a high level
  • Process inventories, monitor financial
  • Order guest/guide supplies
  • Track and Submit end of season use reports for BLM and USFS
  • Manage, inform, train, organize all fishing guides
  • Keep vehicles, boats, and outfitters shop impeccably clean and in as new condition
  • Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgement
  • Follow directions thoroughly
  • Understand guest needs

Job Title: Housing Supervisor
Duties: Manage all Brush Creek Ranch staff housing buildings, their tenants and off-site rentals. The Staff Housing Supervisor ensures the health, safety and comfort of employees that reside in Employee Housing living and recreational quarters.
  •  Provides room assignments for all incoming associates and coordinates check-ins with the department managers
  • Conducts all room check-outs and upholds cleaning standards
  • Manages apartment leases and relationships with renters
  • Pays utility invoices and manages monthly utilities
  • Enforces housing policies in ranch housing areas, keeps furniture inventory and maintains housing units
  • Work with employees regarding housing needs, roommate and housing conflicts
  • Manages seasonal set up and breakdown of all housing units
  • Cleans public spaces, laundry rooms and residential areas on a daily basis
  • Logs maintenance issues on ranch owned and rented properties
  • Inventory and restock cleaning supplies
  • Response to all housing and tenant emergencies 
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must have excellent organization skills with a great level of attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have the physical strength, stamina, and agility to perform assigned duties such as moving furniture, climbing stairs and cleaning EXPERIENCE
  • Hospitality/Residential Housing Experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
