Position Title: Seasonal Interpreter

Organization: Wyoming Office of Outdoor Recreation

Location: Keyhole State Park, WY

Position Overview: The seasonal interpreter will be primarily located at Keyhole State Park, making at least $12/hr, 40 hrs/wk, and housing provided in the form of a camper in a camp host spot. Working May-September or whatever works with a school schedule. They will have at least two days off a week, but they should expect to work weekends. School credit available if applicable. Must be 18 years or older.
They will provide roughly 20-30 hours a week of roving interpretation, lead hikes and formal programs, help with programs and events, assist with special projects, and work with social media (at least providing pictures and videos).
The rest of their time will be spent doing whatever work Superintendent Greg needs- possibly camp host, fee booth, maintenance, or other customer service work depending on what is best for all parties.
Prior experience or knowledge of public speaking, biology, and/or recreation is preferred, but not required

Salary/Pay: $12 per hour
