Organization: ACRES Student Farm
Duties: Increase the capacity of ACRES to produce food and address food insecurity year-round by recruiting club members and volunteers; assisting in fundraising and grant writing, researching and helping to implement season extension, researching and implementing user friendly record keeping systems for finances, harvest and volunteers, reaching out to students who are food insecure, arranging educational programs in gardening, preservation and food justice, collaborating with campus and community groups involved in providing local foods.
