Organization: Poudre Valley Rural Electric Association (PVREA)

Duties: You will be helping PVREA manage distributed solar PV, energy storage, dispatchable generators, and energy efficiency at their headquarters building as part of quasi-microgrid. Depending on your skills and background, you will also engage with initiatives exploring neighborhood-scale distributed generation, including solar and energy storage, and examining how PVREA should charge for these services and use of the electric grid. Through the whole project, you will gain technical expertise and remained focused on outstanding service to PVREA’s member-owners.

Desired qualifications: A great attitude an openness to exploring complex energy challenges, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or professional degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, economics, finance, law, environment, or another related field. Minimum 3.0 GPA.
