Job Title: Project Coordinator
Organization: Transcon Environmental – Established in 1999, Transcon Environmental, Inc., offers environmental consulting services throughout the United States. Our highly successful team of resource professionals provides environmental planning, permitting, and compliance services.
We are seeking full-time, environmental compliance monitors for projects located in southern Wyoming.
Position Description: We are seeking an entry-level environmental professional for a full-time position in our Rawlins, Wyoming office. Working with the project team, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for project coordination for a large energy infrastructure project. Work includes tracking and coordinating on-going work, and completing projects in a timely manner. Other duties will consist of tracking and reporting construction activities, documentation of compliance/non-compliance with resource protection measures, filing daily reports, and coordinating with other relevant parties. Workload is anticipated to be 40 hours per week.
• Undergraduate degree in a field related to environmental planning
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work with a team under pressure with short deadlines
• Effective communication skills (writing, email, and telephone)
• The ability to perform work duties independently
• Accuracy and dependability
• Familiarity with ArcGIS
• Experience working on construction projects
Compensation will be based on the qualifications of the applicant.
