Position Title: Snowmobile and UTV Operations Manager & Guide

Position Overview: The Saratoga Hot Springs Resort is a Polaris Adventures Program Partner. The Snowmobile and UTV Operations Manager oversees all the operations regarding snowmobile and UTV rentals, guided tours and maintenance including but not limited to: supervising the rentals reservation process, assisting guests with questions and requests, facilitate the transporting of sleds/UTV’s preforming routine maintenance and facilitating repairs when not able to be performed in house.

Duties:

  • Supervising the rental’s reservation process
  • Assist guests with questions and requests
  • Preform maintenance and minor repairs
  • Facilitate the transporting of sleds and UTV’s
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and ensure insurance compliance
  • Oversee the maintenance, perform maintenance and repairs appropriate with personal skill level and knowledge
  • Leads guests on an organized and informative trail excursion
  • Greets guests and provides an orientation on the proper operation of the snowmobiles and addresses all trail safety concerns
  • Adheres to safety policies and procedures to ensure safety of guests
  • Works in conditions that involve exposure to unusual elements and extreme temperatures
  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Oversee servicing and documentation for resort vehicles
  • Assist with golf vehicle service when possible
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an outfitter guide a plus
  • Previous Hospitality industry experience a plus
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours

Start/end dates: As soon as possible

Salary/pay: $40,000 – $52,000/year depending on experience
