Job Title: Arapaho Ranch Field Station Programs Coordinator

Organization: Arapaho Ranch

Location: Thermopolis, WY

Duties:

• Facilitate positive relations between the program teams, the working Ranch, the Tribal Youth
  programs, and the public.
• Must provide own transportation, be self-motivated
• Coordination of programs and activities at the Arapaho Ranch Field Station
• Orientations for incoming groups
• Coordinate communications between all UWYO programs and Tribal Youth Programs
• Schedule and organize program-related meetings and events
• Oversee the use of technology for zoom meetings and, visual presentations
• Maintain visitor records
• Work specific office hours, answer phone calls, distribute information
• Familiarize yourself with the area and help visitors find what they need like hours the
  pools are open in Thermopolis, Legend Rock, how far it is to Cody, Meeteetse,
  Thermopolis, etc.

Start/End Dates: May 16 – August 13

Salary/Pay: To start at $20 an hour depending on previous experience
