Position Title: Guest Services Representative

Organization: Elk Country Inn

Location: Jackson, WY

Position Overview: Evening Guest Service representative provide quality service to guests. Guest service responsibilities include greeting guests as they arrive, and providing them with excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have great communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Duties: 

• Answering phone calls
• Entering reservations
• Checking guests in and out of rooms
• Answering guests general inquiries, emails and handling requests
• Extranet inventory
• Keep office stocked and supplied
• Communicate effectively between shifts

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent
• Hotel Experience: 2 years
• Front Desk: 2 years
• Proficiency in English
• Outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation

Start/End Dates: As soon as Possible

Salary/Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour. Benefits include dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, paid time off, vision insurance.
