Position Title: AmeriCorps VISTA Position

Organization: Feeding Laramie Valley 

Organization Overview: Feeding Laramie Valley is a community-based nonprofit organization working for sustainable food security and equitable food sovereignty in Laramie, Wyoming.

Position Overview: This creative, rewarding, and challenging one-year position will help Feeding Laramie Valley grow their programs, events, vision, and passion for increasing healthy food access. The work will include coordinating and developing systems for expanding outreach and constituent base, creating informational materials and graphics, plan and organize FLV events and the Higher Ground Fair, and support and promote the development of community-led programs. This is an opportunity to build professional skills while enabling residents of Albany County to gain food security.

Salary/pay: Biweekly allowance of $513.94, and choice of end of service education award ($6,345) or a cash stipend ($1,800)
